Information & conditions for poster and abstract

Young investigators, students and trainees including postdoctoral fellows are strongly encouraged to send an abstract in order to actively participate into the special poster sessions (without concurring event).

 Deadline for abstract submission: February 10th 2011.(Extension: February 25th)

 

Abstract instructions for poster presentations:

  • Please first register to the meeting
  • Abstracts should be sent to Celia at: clinigene.admi@ens-cachan.fr
  • Abstract must be written in English
  • Maximum length of the abstract including title and details: Authors (underligned), co-authors, affiliation, city and country: 3500 characters including space (Font: Times New Roman 11pt)
  • Please select and indicate in your abstract one poster session: Gene transfer state of the art and/or eCHiPS

 

After submitting your abstract:

  • The abstract author will be informed about the review outcome and confirmation on the session of choice by e-mail before March 5th 2011
  • Selected abstract will be printed in the abstract book of the meeting.

 

Poster instructions:

  • Poster size should not exceed 1 m x 0,9 m (height x wide)
  • Poster title should be identical to the title of the abstract

 

On site:

  • A poster board number will be allocated to you on site by the LOC
  • Fixing materials will be available in the poster area
